We are a research and development team that aims to transform environmental challenges into opportunities through innovative and holistic solutions for land and water management. Together, we help organizations achieve their sustainability goals.
Apacheta has also launched a foundation to collaborate with partners from around the world on various non-profit causes aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals and Open Source Scientific Research, thereby advancing the utilization of data and tools for environmental and social well-being.
At Apacheta, we are committed to fostering synergies and collaborative efforts. We work closely with various institutions and experts to maximize impact and ensure relevance across contexts. Together with the Partnership Initiative for Sustainable Land Management (PISLM), United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD) and Conservation International (CI), we are contributing to enhancing datasets and methodologies for the national reporting process to UNCCD and other indicators. We also collaborate with Universities and research organizations like the WOCAT, CDE -University of Bern or International Research Centre of Big Data for SDGs (CBAS).
